BOS is a group of professionals that have worked in the Non-profit and Business sectors for numerous years. As extensive knowledge has been gained from both fields, this has enabled us to form the BOS group in the late 90’s and start sharing our expertise with various clients.

As the market experienced tremendous growth in the late 90’s and early 2000, so did the need to have proper management systems and internal controls in place. This evolution in the marketplace allowed BOS staff to play a crucial role in sharing their best practices, and lessons learned from servicing international and local organizations in both the Non-profit and Business sectors.

Our professionals are available to assist their clients/partners to find business solutions for their operational, financial and project management needs.

We continue working closely with executive management teams and key employees to learn about their respective internal operating systems. Through this process we are able to adopt a customized approach, develop innovative solutions, make recommendations for improvement and offer assistance with, or take full responsibility for the implementation of each activity (outsourcing activity).
